Plain terms, written to be read. They cover how this website works, what you can expect from me, and what I need from you.
This website is operated by Alice Iverson, a sole proprietor based in Amherstburg, Ontario, Canada. By using this site, registering for a training, or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms. If any part of them does not sit right with you, email me at alice@aliceiverson.com before going further and we can talk it through.
I recommend tools and programs on this site, and I earn a commission when you buy through my links, at no extra cost to you. I only recommend things I use in my own business.
A commission never changes your price, and it never changes my advice. If something is a poor fit for you, I will say so.
This is important, so it is stated plainly. Nothing on this website is a promise, projection, or guarantee of income or results. Any figures or examples you see anywhere are illustrations only, and they should not be read as typical.
What you achieve depends entirely on your own effort, skills, market, timing, and circumstances, all of which are outside my control. Every business carries risk, including the risk of losing money. Please make your own decisions, and take professional financial, legal, or tax advice where it matters to you.
The live trainings promoted on this site are hosted and delivered by third-party companies, and the content of those sessions belongs to them. I promote them as an independent affiliate. Schedules, content, and access are set by the host company and may change. Where a session is free, it is offered as-is and attendance carries no obligation to purchase anything.
When you hire me to build a website, build a funnel, or run a setup session, the scope and price we agree in writing is what applies. In general terms:
If something goes wrong, tell me early. I would far rather fix it than argue about it.
Your website, funnel, email, and automation may run on platforms owned by other companies. Those platforms set their own terms, prices, and uptime, and their performance is their responsibility rather than mine. I will always tell you which tools a project depends on before we start.
The text, design, and images on this site are mine, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You are welcome to read, share a link, and quote a short passage with credit. Copying pages, guides, or designs for use in your own business needs my written permission first, and I am usually happy to give it if you ask.
Everything on this site is shared for general information and education. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice, and it cannot account for your specific situation. Use your own judgement, and bring in a qualified professional for decisions that matter.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim connected to this website or my services is limited to the amount you paid me for the service the claim relates to. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, and the courts of Ontario have jurisdiction over any dispute.
These terms may be updated from time to time, and the current version always lives on this page with its effective date. Work already agreed in writing is governed by the terms in place when we agreed it.
